Ofcom says illegal-harms duties had been in force for just over a year and protection-of-children duties for around nine months when it updated the roadmap. It also records future work on categorised services, additional safety measures, transparency and statutory reports. source
The roadmap is a useful status check, but not a substitute for the Act, codes or service-specific legal advice. This project uses it to distinguish duties already in force from proposals, consultations and future milestones.
